I agree, who needs nausea and vomiting when you already feel poorly. Besides, being sick to your stomach will only make you hurt more.<br /><br />Anti-inflammatories are best. Well. Ice is best, but things like ibuprofen help the inflammation better. I'd much rather have some pa...I'm with you! I'd much rather have some pain than be nauseaus or dizzy!! I'm so sorry for all this!! Try to get some rest and not do much bending, twisting, or straining your back. Muscle relaxers are good. If you continue to have trouble, there are prescription pills, I have to take them sometimes for pulled muscles. Flexaril works well and doesn't make me sick.
