Ruby Tuesday

Lots of red around town right now...

This well-loved truck was found in a parking lot the day the Olympic torch came to town....

We were all supposed to wear red that day.  I hope he didn't buy these shoes specially for the day.  Since it's a stealth photo, it's not the best angle - these shoes are huge and very red.

Ruby Tuesday is Mary T's meme for red themed photos.  You can visit her here.

  1. The weather where you live seem warmer than the weather here! Nice red finds!

  2. I do like that bright red truck. I have always wanted an old pick up truck. I think I would like mine either pink or cream though the red is pretty nice as well.

  4. What a wonderful old truck, and looking shiny new! I love the stealth photo! I just took one of my neighbor barbequing in two feet of snow yesterday. I felt vaguely guilty, but anyway... those big red shoes are funny. It's just weird that we have all this snow and Canada doesn't. Especially with the Olympics..

  6. Is that 'cos of the red in the Canadian flag? Lovely pix anyway. Very sad that Ukrainian guy died in the luge accident, read that the track was adjusted afterwards, to make it slower. I'm sure the Olympics are giving great coverage to your part of the world and are a very exciting event. YOu are lucky to have such a first-hand experience of it all!

  7. Yes, I BET there's lots of red right now. I hope you are enjoying the Olympics. It's fun to watch on TV but I'm not sure I'd want to be living in the midst of it. :)
