Ruby Tuesday

Here's a busy little tug out scouting the harbor for some barges to push and pull into place...

    What a lovely, cheerful picture, especially with the pretty mountaions in back! There is a children's storybook about a little tygboat, and it reminds me of that. I'm looking at all those life preservers on board. What are those round metal silo things on shore?
