Ruby Tuesday

Here's my offering for Ruby Tuesday:

red potatoes right out of the garden.  There's some white ones, too, but even they have a bit of a blush.
The red ones, though, are amazing!  They taste delicious without any trimmings at all.  But I think they're best in potato salad.  Ah, summer!

For more Ruby summer photos, visit Mary T here.  Thanks, Mary, for all the fun.

  4. I LOVE red potatoes! So you grow them? I saw on The Dr. Oz show that you should grow them yourself or only get organic, because the pesticides go all through them and there is no way to wash them off. Potato farmers will usually not eat their crop, but grow their own little separate plot for their family. This picture is pretty and delicious!

  5. Your potatoes look wonderful, and I bet they taste wonderful, too. I tried a Yukon Gold potato from the garden the other day (just steamed, no margarine or anything on it). It was so good.
