I used to be jealous of kids who had these kiddie cars. I don't think I ever saw one with flames, though. Or one this sleek and fast-looking.
This is in beautiful shape. It's outside an antique store but, really, it looks so new. Except for that huge chain, it's ready to drive off the lot.

You should have posted it at midnight tonight so it could straddle Yellow Mellow Monday and Ruby Tuesday. A perfect picture for either one. And yes, those flames are perfect!
ReplyDeleteStay tuned for the red one!
ReplyDeleteIt does appear to be a "classic" car!!, Just guessing from the way it's made. I bet it cost a pretty penny! So much that they have to lock it up. Very cool looking! Hmmm, guess it would be unwise to let children ride it, it would lose the value, but where's the fun in that?
ReplyDeleteSo pretty!
ReplyDeleteMy Mellow Yellow, come and see. Have a lovely Monday!
some little one is going to love that car......looks very speedy!!

The chain says it all...
ReplyDeleteI don't think I ever saw one of these souped up jobs even when I was a kid!
Well spotted, Stephanie!
ReplyDeleteIt reminds me of one (blue/green) my daughter had, and she used to scare the hell out of us, flying at breakneck speed areound our patio, turning on 2 wheels! Speedmerchant, she was, at TWO!
Now she's 17 and driving, I hope she got it out of her system then!!
What a find! A car like that would be one to be jealous of!
ReplyDeleteit looks great with those colors. :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful car - doesn't look like anyone even used it.
