Apparently I can't count to 65. I thought I did but casting off for the armholes revealed a severe stitch deficit in the back of the vest.
We're back to leather balls and bare needles again. I shall work as fast as I can to get it done. Now, I'm determined to make it work. The challenge is really on!

If ANYONE can do it, you can! I look forward to seeing it, and I know you will have created something better than you had even set out to.
What a bummer! Keep at it, you'll get it!
Thank you, Ginny. Every knitter needs to be cheered on.
Deb - will I get it in time?
Yes, you can do this.
Stephanie, you will get there on time, course you will.
And we'll cheer you every step of the way.
Oh, it sounds very frustrating. I know the frustration of having to start over...again! All the best this time, Stephanie.
Oh too bad! But just think how soft it will be. I think it will be lovely.
If at first (or do I mean 2nd or 3rd)......
Shake out those arms and wrists like Art Carney used to do! LOL! You can do it! =D
Lindy - funny you should say that - I do shake them out. Never made the connection, though.
Angie - 3 is usually my lucky number
Joanna - yes, it's getting really worked. It will be nice - soon.
Stine, Mimi, Rudee - thanks, I need your confidence.
Oh no! I hate having to undo knitting :(
